At least 24 hours ahead of the Rendezvous your leaders will email you a trip plan for each canyon that includes the meeting time/location, beta/maps, carpool plans, expected conditions and group gear.
Please contribute to and share the load of group gear, such as canyon ropes, rope bags, webbing, quick links, first aid kits, and snacks.
We are thankful for those who are willing to drive and carpool.
- In each trip plan, we have included the approximate mileage of a round-trip drive each canyon.
- Please use this to reimburse your drivers for gas.

You have read and agreed to all of the elements of the Participant Agreement as well as the Risk Management Plan, including:

You are responsible for your own safety at all times.
You are responsible for making informed decisions about the canyon trips you choose to join.
Participants under the influence of alcohol, marijuana or other drugs will be prohibited from joining any canyon team.
